with the assam fish curry we leftover since friday, i cooked some potato and made it into a spicy and well-flavoured potato curry dish today. we had it with a loaf of tomato baguette and that was simply a perfect lunch for D and I.we could always whip up a good dish with leftovers....why not in this recession?
