Ironing..what a chore...
There are lots of pretty clothes out there these days and the never-ending styles never fail to amaze me. However with the variety of designs, details and materials, it has made ironing more than just a chore.
I was having a difficult time last evening ironing the sleeve of a top I just bought. It's kind of victorian-looking with puffy sleeves. It did not help when we did not have a sleeve board at home. The more I iron, the more creases there were. In the end I gave up and went on to do some research. Luckily I found a site that could help me out.
Some tips :-
- Roll a towel, insert into the sleeve and press on it. This could prevent creases.
- Put on paper clips on pleats and it'll make ironing such skirts alot easier.

Move over BLACK!
When I take the train to work every morning, I always happen to be in the same train as this lady called S. S is actually my ex-secondary school mate. I'm reluctant to acknowledge her for the fact that if I do, I would have to put up a friendly conversation with her for at least 15mins (we both alight at the same train station) and I can't imagine doing this everyday.
Anyway, the point of this entry is, her life seems to be revolving around black. Black blouse, black skirt, black shoes, black dress. Everything black. But well, except for her highlighted and bleach blondish brown hair. Today, as I saw S in the train again, I wondered...how would she look in some other color. Why not try gray? Though black might make her look slim, serious and is an easy color to manage, but it is probably time to give way to the new black - gray.

If only each bag (like a Bottega Veneta, Marc Jacobs or a Gucci) can mark a milestone in our life.
Life would definitely be motivating ... ...

We love the SUBTLE details!
Instead of the usual drop in pockets, these ones breaks the norm. Love it!
Talk about design and being unconventional.

Lessons to Learn
It's our first time in retail business so whenever there's a sale, the feeling is FANTASTIC!!
We are trying hard to build up our contacts and reaching out to those who believes in us. Of course, being an amateur in this area there's lots to learn. And for us, it has got to be PATIENCE.
