running the race...i'm finally reaching the finishing line...
and yet i feel like holding the time in the last 50metres...
if only there was a better option...
but since there isn't..i'll just have to finish the race first...

it happened so fast! we'll be heading to Osaka - Kyoto - Kobe next week!! busy planning the itinerary now...quite a task especially when we have zero point of reference (as D said)...but oh well....in the name of fun..enjoyment and living life....let's fly free............woohoo!!

Do Dentists visit the Dentist?

that was what I asked Dr Nath today. well, my hair stylist does his own hair, so while i was at my most dreaded dental appointment, i asked this question to my dentist. And the answer was Yes.

the last time i visited a dentist was about 1.5years ago. and before that, I used to visit the dentist once a year. but Dr B tortured my gums during the cleaning process that caused my gums to bleed. though his intention was good(to avoid gum disease), but frankly, i didn't think it was necessary. scary...

anyway, the fear to visit the dentist started then. luckily D & I managed to talk ourselves to making another visit for our routine cleaning. it did give us a sense of achievement and we finally overcome our fear to visit the dentist.

yeah...i now got a set of cleaned teeth with no cavities!!
